Criteria

Teachers, school librarians, and parents who would like to be considered for a scholarship must submit the nomination form and write a brief explanation about how you inspire a love of reading in your student(s). Applicants may be in any school district within the state of Utah. Parents, teachers, or librarians may nominate other parents. Self-nominations are permissible. Nominations must be received by May 1, 2016. Winners will notified by June 1, 2016.

Previous scholarship award winners are not eligible.
