Criteria

The award recognizes excellence in librarianship, especially as it benefits children or teens and their enjoyment of reading and the library environment through innovative approaches to professional practice, programming, and/or teaching and learning. Creativity, leadership and service will also be considered.

Submission

Nominators must submit the nomination form and a letter of nomination outlining how the nominee motivates and encourages children or teens in a lifelong love of reading.
